Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@felixnova.com
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
We will review each case individually and, if your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right where appropriate.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- change-of-mind purchases
- used items
- items not in their original condition
- sale items
- gift cards
- personalized or custom items, where applicable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your claim is approved, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is the appropriate solution.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@felixnova.com.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain mandatory legal rights, including the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. These rights apply only where required by law and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
